These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CosmoCast Telegram bot and the website at cosmo.synergize.digital (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Yegor Shustik, trading as Synergize Digital (“Operator”, “we”, “us”).
By starting or using the bot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
CosmoCast is a personal astrological forecasting service delivered through Telegram. It computes daily, monthly, and yearly forecasts, compatibility reports, and natal-chart interpretations using Western astrology, Vedic (Jyotish), Chinese Ba Zi, numerology, and Human Design.
Astrological computations rely on Swiss Ephemeris and standard public-domain astrological methodology. Interpretations may be rephrased by an AI text model into plain language; the underlying astronomical facts are deterministic.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Forecasts are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not make important medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions based solely on a forecast. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for serious decisions.
The Operator is not liable for decisions you make based on the Service's output.
Free: the daily forecast (delivered every morning) and a limited number of compatibility checks (currently three) are available to every user at no cost.
Paid: monthly forecast (~500 Stars), yearly forecast (~2 000 Stars), additional compatibility checks, and the cuspid deep-read are paid via Telegram Stars. Prices may change; the current price is shown in the bot before purchase.
Processor: all payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars). The Operator never receives, stores, or processes card or banking information.
Refunds: per Telegram's refund policy, you can request a refund through Telegram support typically within 21 days of purchase. We will support reasonable refund requests for paid features that did not deliver as described. Refund requests should be sent to hi@synergize.digital.
No subscriptions: all paid features are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges.
Forecast quality depends on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you provide. Approximate or incorrect data produces approximate or incorrect results. We are not responsible for forecasts based on inaccurate user input.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on Telegram's platform, third-party APIs, and our infrastructure. Outages, maintenance, and bugs may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by Service unavailability.

The Service, including its software, content, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Operator. Astronomical and astrological data is in the public domain; the way we present, structure, and interpret it is proprietary. You may freely share screenshots of your forecasts on social media with attribution to @CosmoCast_bot.
Some forecast text is rephrased by an AI model (Google Gemini) for readability. The underlying astrological facts (lunar day, sign, life-path number, etc.) come from deterministic computation. AI rephrasing may occasionally produce minor inaccuracies in style or wording. Report issues to hi@synergize.digital.
Your privacy is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for paid features in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Send /deletedata in the bot to delete your data. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms over time. For material changes, we will send a notification in the bot. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the Operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith via hi@synergize.digital. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's residence.
